Servings: 1

1 banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
10 oz Skimmed milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
4 oz frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

Optional Ingredients:
20G protein powder of choice

Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix well. If too thick, add more milk, if too thin add more berries!
