How does The Stroke Master™ work?

Real-time haptic feedback allows each rower to feel when the others are in or out of sync in both the drive and the recovery. The rowers will experience increased or decreased resistance when they are early or late to the catch or drive. Visual feedback offered by the iCrewPro app further assists your synchronization efforts by allowing you to see how early or late you are to the catch or drive as well as recovery.

How many rowers can I connect together?

With The Stroke Master™ and iCrewPro you can currently connect up to 8 machines to row in sync. With our scheduled software upgrades, entire training rooms will eventually be able to be linked together.

CAN I ROW THIS LIKE A STANDARD ERG?

You sure can. To transition from team training mode to individual workout, just be sure its cable is disconnected from other ergs before rowing.

 

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Our warranty covers electronics parts for 2 years, hardware and rowing frame parts for 5 years. We’ll provide the necessary labor for these fixes for 1 year.

CAN ATHLETES TRAIN REMOTELY USING THIS?

We are currently working on this technology and hope to have it ready for you in 2020. This means athletes in separate venues or facilities will finally be able to row, train, and even race together!

CAN WE INCORPORATE OUR TEAM COLORS ON THE EQUIPMENT?

What a great idea!  Orders of 8 units or more can get the TSM logos on the machines in your team colors. After placing your order, please contact us at info@crewinnovations.com with your CMYK colors.

HOW EASY IS IT TO STORE OR TRANSPORT?

After using TSMs you can fold down the monitor, pick up the back end, easily roll it to your storage area, and stand it upright. This limits the floorspace you will need for storage. For ease of transportation, it also breaks down into two pieces.

WILL THERE BE SOFTWARE UPDATES IN THE FUTURE?

Indiegogo supporters will receive free software upgrades through 2020 ($300 value).

WHERE IS IT MANUFACTURED?

They are designed, assembled and shipped from Seattle, WA. Parts and electronics are manufactured overseas, and in the Seattle, WA area.
